Inspection and management of machining center maintenance and maintenance

    Click:117 Source:tzadmin Date:2020-05-11
Since the processing center integrates technologies such as machine, electricity, liquid, and gas, its maintenance must be scientifically managed, and the corresponding rules and regulations should be formulated purposefully. Hidden troubles found in the maintenance process should be removed in time to avoid downtime and repair, thereby prolonging the average trouble-free time of the equipment and increasing the utilization rate of the machine tool. Carrying out inspections is an effective method for maintenance of machining centers.

Equipment maintenance based on inspection. It is an inspection management system developed by Japan based on the introduction of the United States preventive maintenance system. Spot inspection is to perform fixed-point and regular inspection and maintenance of equipment according to the provisions of relevant maintenance documents. The advantage is that it can eliminate the deterioration of the existing easy-going performance in the budding state to prevent over or under repair. The disadvantage is that the workload of regular inspection is large. This modern maintenance management system with spot check as the core during the operation phase of the equipment can achieve the purpose of reducing the failure rate and maintenance cost and improving the maintenance efficiency.

Since the beginning of the 1980s, China introduced Japan's equipment inspection and repair system, which organically organizes equipment operators, maintenance personnel, and technical management personnel. According to the stipulated inspection standards and technical requirements, inspect, repair, and manage the parts of the equipment that may have problems, and ensure the continuous and stable operation of the equipment and promote the development and operation of D Increased efficiency.

The inspection of the machining center is the basis for the development of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. It mainly includes the following:

    (1) Fixed point First, determine how many maintenance points a processing center has, scientifically analyze the equipment, and pinpoint the parts where failure may occur. As long as these maintenance points are "watched", faults will be discovered in time.

    (2) Calibration For each maintenance point, standards must be formulated one by one, such as clearance, temperature, pressure, flow rate, tightness, etc., and there must be a clear quantitative standard, as long as it does not exceed the specified standard, it is not a failure.

    (3) How often to check regularly, the inspection cycle should be determined. Some points may need to be checked several times per shift, and some points may be checked once every one or several months. It depends on the specific situation.

    (4) Definite items The items to be checked at each maintenance point must also be clearly stipulated. Each point may check one or several items.

    (5) Appointing a person Who performs the inspection, whether it is an operator, a maintenance person or a technical person, should implement it to the person according to the inspection position and technical accuracy requirements.

    (6) Regulations There must be regulations on how to check, whether it is manual observation or instrument measurement, whether ordinary instruments or precision instruments are used.

    (7) Inspection The inspection environment and procedures must be specified, whether it is during production operation or shutdown inspection, whether it is disassembly inspection or non-disassembly inspection.

    (8) Records The inspection should be recorded in detail and filled out clearly in the prescribed format. It is necessary to fill in the inspection data and its difference with the prescribed standard, determine the impression, and handle the opinions. The inspector must sign and indicate the inspection time.

    (9) Disposal Those that can be processed and adjusted in the middle of inspection shall be processed and adjusted in time, and the processing results shall be recorded in the processing record. If there is no ability or conditions to deal with, it should report to the relevant personnel in time and arrange the treatment. But anyone and any time processing must fill in the processing record.

    (10) Analysis The inspection records and processing records should be systematically analyzed regularly to find weak "maintenance points", that is, points with high failure rates or links with large losses, put forward opinions, and submit them to the designers to improve the design.

The inspection of the processing center can be divided into two levels: daily inspection and full-time inspection. The daily inspection is responsible for the inspection of the general components of the machine tool, and the faults that occur during the operation of the machine tool are processed and checked by the machine operator. The full-time inspection is responsible for the key inspection, equipment status monitoring and fault diagnosis of the machine's customs bank parts and important parts, the development of the inspection plan, and the preparation of diagnostic records. Analyze the repair results and put forward suggestions to improve equipment maintenance management, which will be carried out by full-time maintenance personnel.

As a work system, the inspection of the machining center must be carried out carefully and kept in order to ensure the normal operation of the machine tool.

From the point of view of inspection requirements and content, inspection can be divided into three levels: full-time inspection, daily inspection and production inspection. The schematic diagram of the inspection and maintenance process of the machining center.

    1. Full-time check

Responsible for the key points and important parts of the machine tool according to the cycle of key point inspection and preparation status monitoring and fault diagnosis fixed point inspection plan, make diagnostic records, analyze the repair results, and put forward suggestions for improving equipment maintenance management.

    2. Daily check

Responsible for spot inspection of the general parts of the machine tool, processing and inspection of machine tool failures during operation.

    3. Production inspection

Responsible for the inspection of the machining center in production operation, and responsible for lubrication, fastening and other work.

As a work system, the inspection must be implemented carefully and persevered, so as to ensure the normal operation of the processing center
